Sometimes a client comes in saying, “I need my highlights done,” when what she’s really noticing is that her color has lost its tone and shine.
She may not actually need more lightener.
A professional gloss or demi-permanent color can sometimes be exactly what the hair needs.
At Salon.B, we work with Wella Professional Hair Color, including options such as Color Touch and SHINEFINITY, depending on what we’re trying to accomplish.
Color Touch can be a great option when we want to refresh tone, add richness or create beautiful brunette dimension without automatically committing to another permanent-color service.
SHINEFINITY can be used when the goal is beautiful shine and a tonal refresh without lifting the natural hair.
The right choice depends on your existing color and what we’re trying to achieve.

Brunette Balayage vs. Traditional Highlights

Both can create beautiful dimension, but they give us different results.
Traditional foils allow us to control exactly how much lift we create and where we create it.
Balayage can give a softer, more diffused effect depending on the client’s starting color and desired
