Salon Policies

To ensure a positive and relaxing experience during your visit, we kindly ask that you review our salon policies below. Your cooperation allows us to provide the highest level of service to every guest.

 

Cancellations & Reservation Policy

At Salon.B, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved specifically for you.

We respectfully require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the reserved service total.

Extended services, including balayage, blonding transformations, corrective color, and hair extensions, require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Late adjustments within this window may result in a 50% service charge.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.

Hair Extension Policy

All hair extension services require a 100% non-refundable deposit for custom hair ordering.

Hair must be paid in full prior to installation. Deposits are non-refundable, as hair is custom selected and purchased specifically for each guest.

Appointments & Late Arrivals

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to check in and unwind. Please enjoy our complimentary coffee, water, tea, wine, or champagne.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or adjust their service to stay within the reserved time.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we may review and make appropriate adjustments.
