To ensure a positive, relaxing experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with the following:

❄️ Cancellations

• Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

⏰ Appointments & Timing

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and unwind.
• Enjoy complimentary coffee, water, tea, wine, and champagne.
• If your stylist is running behind, we will notify you with a courtesy call or message.

Your satisfaction is always our priority.

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days so we can make it right. We appreciate your respect and communication.
